Order from suppliers in two taps.
Pick a supplier, set the quantities and send it by WhatsApp or email as a clean PDF. When it arrives, mark it as received and the spend is recorded.

- Snap the invoice and Kudeatu reads the items and prices.
- Stock counts, with an alert when something drops below its minimum.
Cash up and know if the till balances.
At the end of the shift you enter the Z report, the card terminal total and the cash counted. Kudeatu works out the difference and what carries over to the next day’s float.

Everyone clocks in and out from their own phone. The legally required record downloads as a PDF, ready for an inspection.
Shifts and holidays
Build the monthly rota and everyone sees their own. Holidays and absences are requested and approved in the app.
Each venue on its own
If you have more than one, each keeps its own team, till and orders. You see them separately or all together.
In your language
The app follows your phone’s language: Basque, Spanish, Catalan, Galician, English and eight more. Order PDFs can go out in a different language.
Your data stays in Europe
Everything is stored on servers in the European Union, kept separate for each business and built to comply with the GDPR.
